The employees are very helpful and they really want to help you to make sure that you have the best vacation.

Scout's opinion

From all the hotels i've visited in Mexico City this one is my favourite. They really go the extra mile to make sure that your vacation is okay and that you feel relaxed. In the staff there are 8 people that speak English.

  • Notes on room

The room is sound proof so you won't hear the noise from outside. This is very helpful because Mexico City is a very noisy city. This room also connects to another room which makes it perfect for a family vacation. One thing to think of is that the room does have a balcony but it has a threshold from both sides.

  • Notes on bathroom

The door to the bathroom is positioned in a way that when you open the door it hits the toilet. So be careful with opening the door when someone is using the bathroom.
